"I cannot express how lucky we were to have found Martina to manage the selling of our house. These transactions are always a bit stressful and ours was particularly difficult in that we had an initially strong offer and after a lengthy due-diligence period it fell through at the 12 O'Clock hour. We had to re-list our house starting the process all over again and during the holidays no less! Martina was incredibly professional, responsive and personable. She kept us informed every step of the way and ultimately we sold our house successfully due in large part to her support.
